This policy describes what Mantel (“we”) collects on mantelhome.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into our quote form, we use it to match you with local professionals as you requested, and we share it only with the professionals matched to your project.
What we collect
When you request quotes, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, ZIP code, email address (optional), the type of project, and your timeline. We don’t currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use and share it
We use your information to fulfill your request: matching your project with up to three licensed, insured local professionals, who receive your contact details and project description so they can quote it. That sharing is the product — it only happens when you submit the form, and only with professionals matched to your project. These professionals are independent businesses and are compensated introductions for Mantel. Beyond that, we do not sell your personal information.
Contact consent
Submitting the form authorizes Mantel and the matched professionals to contact you by phone, text, or email about your project, including by automated means. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase, and you can tell us or any pro to stop at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the contact below).
Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in a private spreadsheet. The site is hosted on Vercel; email is delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site.
Your choices
If you want your information corrected or deleted — including from our spreadsheet and future matching — reply to any message we send you or submit the form with a note, and we’ll take care of it. California residents may request access or deletion under the CCPA the same way.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
